WTD Industries is proud to announce the successful completion of the first phase of scaffolding and formwork works for the prestigious Arkan 205 project in Sheikh Zayed City — one of Egypt’s most ambitious integrated urban development ventures. The project is being executed by Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), a leading construction powerhouse in the Middle East.

The work was carried out using a combination of advanced systems, including:

• Cuplock System with WTD Smart Beam
• Waller System with WTD Smart Beam
• Curved Wall System

Covering an area of 205 acres (861,000 m²), Arkan 205 exemplifies smart urban planning and includes:

• Three skyscrapers reaching 150 meters in height
• Twenty-one residential buildings
• A fully integrated commercial and service zone, featuring:
  • A luxury InterContinental-branded hotel tower
  • A commercial office tower
  • A premium residential tower
  • Healthcare, educational, and utility facilities

WTD Industries partnered closely with Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) as the main contractor to deliver precise, high-performance scaffolding and formwork solutions for this landmark development.
