Development of Robotic Feeding System

WTD’s R&D team successfully designed and implemented a robotic system to handle the feeding process of heated steel rods into the forging press. This system streamlines the forging process by automating the crucial step of feeding raw material into the press.

Automated Lubrication System for Forging Dies

Another notable achievement of WTD’s R&D department is the development of an automated lubrication system for lubricating the forging dies. This system ensures consistent and optimal lubrication of the dies during the forging process, thereby reducing wear and tear and extending the lifespan of the dies.
