The Spigot Manufacturing process involves precision machining and forging to produce high-strength connectors used in scaffolding and formwork systems. Made from high-grade steel, spigots are crafted to precise dimensions to ensure secure, stable connections between vertical and horizontal components. The manufacturing process includes heating, shaping, and threading or slotting, followed by surface treatments like galvanizing to enhance corrosion resistance. Rigorous quality checks ensure that each spigot meets safety and durability standards, making them reliable for repeated use in demanding construction environments.
