Panel Construction:

• Components: Includes walers (1st line beams), H20 beams (2nd line beams), H20 connections (beam clamps), lifting eyes, and wood planks.
• Adjustability: Panels can be configured to suit wall geometry, concrete pressure, and other specific construction needs.
• Formwork Plywood: Chosen based on reuse frequency and concrete finish quality.

Waler System Components:

• Walers: Steel beams for panel stiffness, alignment accuracy, and support of H20 beams; available in multiple lengths with end holes for splice connections.
• H20 Beams: Lightweight, high-stability timber beams available in lengths from 1.80 m to 5.90 m.
• Column Formwork: Formed with walers, H20 beams, and accessories like universal angle ties, ideal for various column shapes.
• Circular Formwork: Designed for walls with radii over 20 m, connected with pivot splice connectors.

• Base Plates: Prevents formwork panel turnover.
