The WTD Forging Factory was established in 2021 in the 10th of Ramadan City in Sharqia, Egypt, as a strategic step to enhance the company’s production capabilities and expand its manufacturing operations. The facility is dedicated to producing high-quality scaffolding accessories, supporting WTD’s vision of delivering fully integrated scaffolding solutions to regional and global markets.

With decades of industrial experience since the early 2000s, WTD has developed a deep understanding of evolving market needs, enabling the creation of a facility that is considered the first and only forging factory of its kind in Africa and the Middle East. The factory incorporates advanced robotic technologies and strict quality-control systems to ensure maximum precision and durability in every product.

The facility offers a production capacity of 500 tons per month of various scaffolding accessories, meeting the demands of large-scale infrastructure and construction projects across the Middle East and North Africa, while maintaining international manufacturing standards that ensure reliability and safety.
