      H-Frame System

SPECIFICATION

Design

The H Frame system comprises vertical “H” frames connected by horizontal cross braces, each frame featuring two vertical posts and a horizontal bar at the top and bottom.

Ease of Assembly

Simple connectors and locking mechanisms allow for quick assembly and disassembly, saving time and labor.

Load-Bearing Capacity

Built to support heavy loads, ideal for scaffolding, concrete shoring, and other construction applications.

Flexibility

Configurable for multiple uses, including building facades, shoring, and slab support.

Stability

Cross braces between frames enhance structural rigidity and stability.

H Frame System Components

  • H Frames High-strength steel vertical frames, available in heights of 1.0 to 2.0 m and widths of 0.9 to 1.5 m.
  • Cross Braces Provide lateral stability; available in various lengths.
  • Base Jacks Adjustable jacks at the base for leveling on uneven ground.
  • Top Jacks (U-Heads) U-shaped adjustable jacks for shoring applications, supporting horizontal elements.
  • Couplers and Connectors Secure frame and brace connections, enabling quick setup and takedown.

Technical Specifications

  • Material High-strength, corrosion-resistant steel, either galvanized or painted.
  • Load Capacity Designed for high load-bearing, depending on configuration and brace setup.
  • Dimensions Frame height (1.0–2.0 m), width (0.9–1.5 m), and various cross brace lengths.
  • Adjustability Base and U-head jacks for ground leveling and slab height adjustment.

Advantages

  • Quick Assembly Requires minimal tools for fast setup.
  • High Load Capacity Suitable for concrete slab support.
  • Adaptability Configurable for various heights and widths.
  • Safety Stable and secure for construction and scaffolding use.

Applications

  • Shoring Supports formwork for concrete slabs, beams, and columns.
  • Scaffolding Provides safe platforms for facade work and construction tasks.
  • Temporary Structures Used for creating temporary work platforms and supports on construction sites.
