WTD The New Traffic  is the third Complex under WTD Industrial Park, representing a fully integrated industrial and commercial project designed to serve as a comprehensive hub for diverse industrial and trade activities supporting Egypt’s manufacturing sector. The complex includes 113 factories and 60 commercial units with flexible layouts starting from 440 m², spanning a total built-up area of 52,000 m² for industrial spaces and 8,000 m² for commercial facilities. It aims to empower manufacturers and small to medium-sized workshops by providing a fully equipped environment with all the necessary infrastructure and logistical services to ensure operational efficiency and production continuity. The complex also serves as a key link within Egypt’s modern industrial ecosystem, offering integrated solutions that enhance the industrial business environment and strengthen the production capacity of factories and investors alike
