About the Factory

The WTD Pipe Factory is one of WTD’s leading specialized industrial facilities, located in Beni Suef City, spanning an area of over 36,000 m².

The factory comprises three main production lines, equipped with advanced technologies to ensure the highest levels of quality and manufacturing precision:

Flattening & Shearing Line: for leveling steel sheets and cutting them into precisely sized panels.

Slitting Line: for cutting steel coils into strips with specific dimensions.

Tube Mill Line: for forming round, square, and rectangular pipes and tubes in compliance with international standards.

The factory utilizes Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) technology to produce high-quality steel pipes and tubes designed for diverse applications across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water, Agricultural, and Construction sectors, as well as for metal scaffolding, staircases, fences, gates, windows, roofing structures, shades, barriers, and guards.
